Why Invest in the Karisimbi Mining Cooperative?
By 2026, the combined output of our mines will be more than 100 tonnes of gold per year, making us one of the Congo’s top producers of this metal. We were founded on our belief in the fundamentals of gold, lithium, coltan, cassiterites, and we expect demand for these mineral ores will continue to grow. We are confident that sustainable energy initiatives and electrification of transport will make a significant contribution to long-term demand growth generated by middle-class consumption in developing nations as well as developed economies. - First, according to reports by different local geologists, all the mining edges held by KMC are full of minerals. This is true for gold mining edges as for the rest (diamond). Coltan, lithium, cassiterites...)
- Second, KMC has also set up a platform for all the cooperatives in Walikale that number 50 today. Working with us also means having the opportunity to work with several cooperatives and thus having a larger quantity of products according to the need you present.
- Third, KMC does not necessarily need cash as funding. Our young creators are more interested in providing modern equipment to improve the daily production of our different mining products.
- Fourth, thanks to its networks at both local and national level, KMC is able to facilitate the release of its products in a completely legal way without paying large sums of money without having a real productive suite.
- Fifth, the region of Walikale, unlike other parts of the eastern part of the country, is experiencing a lasting peace, this since 2010 the last date when this part of the DRC had experienced some upheavals of war.
- Sixth, the road to go out with raw materials in containers, cars or motorcycles exist. The good evidence is that Alpha Mines, the largest mining operator in the area, is pushing out about 20 containers a day on a daily basis. There is even a runway where an airplane can take off or land.
